Daihatsu D-Base Concept at Tokyo Motor Show

Daihatsu will present no less than four of their latest design study model at the Tokyo Motor Show 2015, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight, Odaiba, starting October 30. One of the latest concept will be introduced at the event is the Daihatsu D-BaseConcept, a city car-dimensional length 3.4 m, width of 1.48 m and a height of 1.49 m.

Date of study design, the D-Base this Concept may be a preview of the next generation of car Daihatsu Mira which have circulated before, or also known as the Cuore in markets abroad.

This conclusion is based on some facts include that the D-Base Concept is powered by a three cylinder engine capacity of 0.66-litre, which mated with CVT transmission as well as having a level of fuel efficiency 3-litre/100 km.

This efficiency results obtained due to implementing various systems such as the Daihatsu Energy Saving Technology, regenerative braking system coupled with lightweight. Meanwhile, the design of the glass and the window width is relatively promising better visibility to around the vehicle.

Seen from the side of the design, the Daihatsu D-Base Concept does seem like an evolution of the model production Mira e:S who has been there, and it looks like the latest concept is also ready to produce in the near future.
